Refund policy

Returns and exchanges:

Heatlie has a 60-day return policy and all returns will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the original cost of the product (freight and other charges excluded). Customers returning items will need to organise freight back to our workshop at their own cost. Any refunds will only be given once the goods have been returned, inspected and deemed to have...

1. Not been used

2. In new condition without any scratches, dents or marks that may occur through transport and use that will require that product to be refurbished in any way, for re-sale. This includes packaging. 

Proof of purchase is always required and this includes a corresponding Serial Number. 

Heatlie does not accept change of mind returns, nor will we refund if you have found the same product cheaper elsewhere. 

All accessories and spare parts available on this website are made for Heatlie products only. We do not recommend purchasing it to fit to other branded BBQs. We will not offer returns if this is ignored and the parts/accessories don't fit.
