Ingredients
- ½ cup butternut pumpkin, cubed and cooked
- 3 rashers bacon
- 1 cos lettuce
- ½ cup croutons
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- Freshly ground black pepper
Dressing
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- Pinch sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method
