Bush Spiced Kangaroo Fillets


  • 5 kangaroo fillets
  • 100ml sunflower seed oil
  • 4 tabs bush spice


  1. Marinade kangaroo filets in bush spice and sunflower seed oil and let sit for 1 hour at least (the longer the better)
  2. Kangaroo fillets are easy to cook and are best served rare, so remove your Kangaroo fillets from your marinade and let them rest on a plate on the side of your barbeque until they feel warm (approx 10 -15 minutes). Place the fillets on your Healtie hotplate at high heat for 2 minutes each side. Serve straight away

Serving suggestion: place on a bed on roasted beetroot and potatoes mash
