 I received a call from Life Time Industries 2 weeks ago advising me of the arrival of my 2 grills. 
It has taken me 2 weeks to give you feedback because I tested them for 3 and 4 days each over the past fortnight. 
I cannot thank you enough. I don't know what you did but, "WOW!!!!!", both grills are just awesome. 
I could not be happier with the outcome. I struggle to find a cold spot on the grills.....anywhere. 
Your understanding, professionalism and level of service remains beyond any expectations I had.  
Our money season, literally, commences in a fortnight and we will be flat chat until New Year's Eve. Having these grills working the way they do now will make life so much easier for us. Thank you from the bottom of my grateful heart. I cannot thank you enough.

Dear Debbie,

Let me tell you I could not wait to use my new bbq and I finally did after cleaning the protective lanolin grease. And let me tell you I may look like less but its more.I fit more on it its easy and rugged to use, I am just kicking myself for not buying one sooner!!!!!My old BBq which was 1 year old and cost me over $2000.00 burnt everything, had flare ups was uncleanable. I am really thankfull I followed your advice and even though this is only day one the results already speak for themselves.
