BBQ cajun chicken skewers(Serves 5)

Ingredients

  • 5 chicken tenderloins
  • 5 bamboo skewers (previously soaked in water to avoid burning)
  • 3 tabs Cajun spice
  • 50 mls sunflower seed oil

Method

  1. In bowl stir cajun spice and sunflower seed oil together,
  2. Place tenderloins into the bowl and thoroughly cover with your marinade.
  3. Let sit for at least 1 hour (the longer the better)
  4. Skewer tenderloin straight up the centre longways

Simply place your skewers o your Heatlie barbeque hotplate on high heat for approx 2 minutes each side

Serving suggestion: a great starter while waiting for your steaks to cook
