Heatlie barbequed traditional t-bone with a twist PDF Print E-mail

(Serves 5)

Ingredients

  • 5 t-bone steaks
  • 4 tabs dried chilli
  • 3 tabs crushed black pepper
  • 2 tabs crushed garlic
  • 150 mls sunflower seed oil

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl to make your marinade
  2. Add steaks to marinade and let sit at least 1 hour (the longer the better)

Place your steak on your Heatlie barbeque hotplate at high temperature and cook to how your guest’s request them

Serving suggestion: goes great with barbequed onion rings
