Method
Kangaroo fillets are easy to cook and are best served rare, so remove your Kangaroo fillets from your marinade and let them rest on a plate on the side of your barbeque until they feel warm (approx 10 -15 minutes). Place the fillets on your Healtie hotplate at high heat for 2 minutes each side. Serve straight away Serving suggestion: place on a bed on roasted beetroot and potatoes mash |
