Barbecuing
Barbecue Steak - Around 4 minutes each side.
The solid hotplate is great when it comes to potatoes and onions, pancakes, bacon & eggs, tomatoes, stir-fry, or anything else that would usually slide straight through a grill plate.
Roasting
The Mariner will basically roast anything you would normally do in a baking dish (without the dishes)
- Whole fish
- Lamb
- Pork
- Beef
- Poultry
- Vegetables
Cooking times will vary but generally:
- Fish up to 3kg - 1 hour
- Lamb, Beef, Pork, Poultry - allow ¾ hour per kg.
- Vegetables - 1 hour
