Clean all fat off the Mariner with hot soapy water, paying particular attention to the fat catcher. The outside surface should not be wiped with any abrasive cleaners. A commercially available Stainless steel cleaner is recommended.
The burner has been designed to be removed when not in use for long periods, particularly where the Mariner is mounted permanently outside. Remove the burner and place in storage to avoid damage.
