Heatlie barbequed cajun skewered chicken tenderloins
(Serves 5)
Ingredients
- 5 chicken tenderloins
- 5 bamboo skewers (previously soaked in water to avoid burning)
- 3 tabs Cajun spice
- 50 mls sunflower seed oil
Method
- In bowl stir cajun spice and sunflower seed oil together,
- Place tenderloins into the bowl and thoroughly cover with your marinade.
- Let sit for at least 1 hour (the longer the better)
- Skewer tenderloin straight up the centre longways
Simply place your skewers o your Heatlie barbeque hotplate on high heat for approx 2 minutes each side
Serving suggestion: a great starter while waiting for your steaks to cook
