Chicken Burgers PDF Print E-mail

Great to take on a picnic made up, ready to cook on the Heatlie Park BBQ.

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken mince
  • 2 thick slices of stale bread, crusts removed
  • 1/3rd cup milk
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 1 teaspoon chopped lemon zest
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • Salt, pepper

Method

Soak bread in milk until milk is absorbed. Squeeze out excess milk and crumble into a bowl. Mix in all other ingredients. Form in to patties and cook on the Heatlie Park BBQ for 15 mins, or until cooked through.
Serving suggestion: Serve with the following salad.
